1. Parties and Definitions
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between the service provider ("BlogMaster"), which provides the BlogMaster management platform ("Platform"), and the natural or legal person ("Customer") using the Platform. "Site Network" refers to all the websites established and managed by the Customer through the Platform on their own assets.
2. Nature of the Service
BlogMaster is a software service (SaaS) that automates the processes of domain registration, hosting account creation, WordPress installation, brand identity creation, content creation, and site monitoring through the Customer's own accounts and servers. BlogMaster is not a hosting provider, domain registrar, advertising network, or content publisher; it is merely a management tool that fulfills the Customer's instructions.
3. Ownership of Assets
As a fundamental principle of the Platform:
- All domain names are registered in the Customer's name in the Customer's own registrar account.
- All hosting accounts and servers (WHM/cPanel or Customer-owned Ubuntu servers) are owned and controlled by the Customer.
- The Customer is the owner and publisher of all content, images, and data published on the sites..
BlogMaster has no claim of ownership, possession, or editorial control over these assets; its access is limited to performing technical operations only with the API permissions granted by the Customer and within the framework of the Customer's instructions.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Since the Customer is always the owner of the domain names and servers; The business activity of the Site Network, including all content, advertising, and redirects published on the sites, is solely the responsibility of the Customer to ensure compliance with the legislation of the relevant countries (publishing, advertising, intellectual property, consumer protection, tax, and all other regulations). The Customer acknowledges and undertakes that it will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes and will not infringe the rights of third parties. 5. Disclaimer of Liability BlogMaster cannot be held liable in any way for the content of the Customer's sites, their purpose of use, their relationships with visitors or third parties, and any legal, administrative, or criminal liability that may arise in relation to these sites. Claims from third parties, institutions, or authorities regarding the Customer's sites are directed solely to the Customer; the Customer agrees to indemnify BlogMaster for any damages arising from such claims. 6. AI-Generated Content
Content, visuals, and identities on the Platform are automatically generated by AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Grok). The accuracy, timeliness, and suitability of the generated outputs are not guaranteed. The decision to publish the outputs and pre-publication review are the responsibility of the Client.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI, Google, xAI, Cloudflare, domain providers, Telegram, VirusTotal, and similar services through the Client's own accounts. These services are subject to their own terms of use; BlogMaster is not responsible for any interruptions, pricing, or policy changes in these services.
8. Service Level
BlogMaster will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the availability of the Platform. Interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical reasons; critical interruptions will be resolved as soon as possible, and the Client will be informed.
9. Fees and Payment
The service consists of a one-time setup fee and a monthly package fee. The service may be suspended for periods for which payment is not made. Fees for services rendered are non-refundable. Even in case of suspension or termination, all assets (Article 3) remain in the Customer's own accounts.
10. Suspension and Termination
In case of breach of this Agreement by the Customer, BlogMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service. The Customer may terminate the service at any time; in case of termination, domain names, servers and content will remain intact in the Customer's own accounts.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform software, interface and infrastructure belong to BlogMaster. The Customer's sites, data and outputs produced in its name through the Platform belong to the Customer.
12. Changes
BlogMaster may update this Agreement. The current version will be published on this page; it is effective from the date of publication. Continuing to use the Service means acceptance of the current version.
13. Notifications
Notifications between the parties will be made via the Customer's registered email address in the panel and/or through in-panel announcements. The Customer is obliged to keep their contact information up-to-date; outdated information
