1. General
The BlogMaster platform and all its components are provided "as is". No express or implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or freedom from errors) are given.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The platform automates content creation, installation, and monitoring; however, it does not guarantee traffic, search engine ranking, indexing, or revenue. Search engine algorithms and policies are determined by third parties and may change unpredictably; BlogMaster cannot be held responsible for the consequences of these changes.
3. AI Outputs
Articles, images, titles, and identifiers generated by AI may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The review and decision-making process for publishing the outputs before publication rests solely with the Client; the Client is responsible for the consequences of the published content.
4. Property Ownership and Site Operation
The Customer always owns the domain names and hosting/servers. The Customer is solely responsible for all liabilities arising from the operation, business activities, content of the sites, and any claims from third parties or authorities related to these sites; BlogMaster is not a party to such disputes.
5. Third-Party Services
BlogMaster is not responsible for any interruptions, errors, data loss, price or policy changes in third-party services (AI providers, registrar, hosting, CDN, notification services, etc.) with which the Platform is integrated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlogMaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of reputation).
In any case, BlogMaster's total liability is limited to the service fee of the last (1) month prior to the event subject to the claim. 7. Indemnification The Client agrees to defend and indemnify BlogMaster, its directors and employees against any third-party claims arising from the content, operation or use of their sites or the Platform in accordance with its instructions. 8. Links and Third-Party Content Third-party sites and content pointed to by advertisements, short links and redirects on Client sites are not under BlogMaster's control; BlogMaster cannot be held responsible for the content, security and services offered by these targets. 9. Not Professional Advice Platform outputs, reports and statistics do not constitute legal, financial or tax advice.
